Digital Marketing Assistant

Imy is a digital marketing specialist, and helps manage the digital PR strategy for clients.

Imy’s background includes marketing, recruitment and database management. She graduated from The University of Birmingham with a degree in English Literature in 2021, and then went on to work as a member of staff at the university, specialising in student experience and marketing. Imy is passionate about collaboration and positivity within the workspace, and loves how this is vital to her role at Hive19.

She has really enjoyed getting stuck into the link building process for clients and finds her work to be really rewarding – “there’s such a buzz when we get a live link secured!”. For her future development, Imy wants to focus on learning more about the evolution of digital PR and SEO and what’s up and coming within the sector. She is very passionate about mental health awareness and support, having completed her MHFA training in 2022.

Outside of work, Imy is a huge fan of rock, punk and metal music and is always on the hunt for new songs. She loves to walk on the beach front with friends, thrift shop, or read a book by the shore.
